Bright cherry red sheer vintage nylon chiffon is micro-pleated into a complete circle skirt. It's inside slip is red taffeta which has a sheer black nylon ruffle which peaks out below the outer skirt. 1 ½ waistband that buttons at the side and a metal zipper. Great party skirt!
