This is a very unique 100% Silk Marimekko skirt, designed by Jukka Rintala. It is a wrap style with a bustle back. So if you're trying to emphasize your caboose, this is the skirt you need to buy! It also has a train, giving it an almost Victorian look.
The high waist is diagonally pleated all the way around and it has an extra-long, wide self-belt. It's quite full and well made. The skirt is unlined. New, never worn, I am not sure of the age, I think 2011-13, perhaps...I couldn't find anything like it anywhere.
