Lovely antique Victorian white 100% cotton petticoat is heavy enough to be worn as a skirt and is lined as well. It features beautiful handmade crocheted lace insets and trims. It has a flattering wide waistband. Later, someone added a side or back zipper- it looks 1940-ish. It is in perfect white condition.
